Petro Baskar Kalhor Company, as one of the strategic projects of Modalal Industrial Group, has been established with the mission of developing Iran’s tire industry,

meeting domestic demand for this strategic product, and actively participating in export markets. The company is responsible for implementing one of the largest tire manufacturing complexes in the country, located in the Zagros Industrial Zone, Kermanshah Province.

With a comprehensive design, the adoption of advanced technologies, and the strong financial and managerial support of Modalal Industrial Group, Petro Baskar Kalhor has secured its position as a national project. In addition to producing passenger car radial (PCR) tires and truck & bus radial (TBR) tires with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons, the complex will also include a carbon black production unit with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons, completing the tire value chain from raw materials to final products.

This integrated approach not only reduces dependency on imports but also creates significant added value for Iran’s tire industry, while fostering industrial development in Kermanshah Province and strengthening Iran’s export capacity in international markets
