Petro Baskar Kalhor Company is a proud subsidiary of Modalal Group, a diversified industrial conglomerate. The company is spearheading the development of a state-of-the-art tire manufacturing complex in the Zagros Industrial Zone, located in Kermanshah City, Iran.

The planned facility will have an annual production capacity of:

   •   2.5 million passenger car radial (PCR) tires, and

   •   800,000 truck and bus radial (TBR) tires,

serving both domestic and international markets.

In alignment with its integrated manufacturing strategy, the project will also include a carbon black production unit with an annual output of 40,000 tons of tire-grade carbon black, a critical raw material for tire production.

To support the scale and scope of this industrial project, a 500,000-square-meter plot of land has been secured. All essential utilities—including electricity, natural gas, and water—have been coordinated and agreed upon with the relevant authorities.

Financing for the project has been officially approved through a Presidential Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), signed during the President’s recent visit to Kermanshah, further reinforcing the government’s commitment to regional industrial development.
